The latest news from Wacken Metal Battle Canada comes from the West coast, where Victoria thrash band Torrefy emerged triumphant in their home town. Torrefy move ahead to the WMBC Vancouver final to compete with Gushwhacker, Unbeheld, Resurgence, and Medevil – April 10 at the Rickshaw Theatre.
Before Vancouver’s victor is announced, Edmonton’s final round takes place at The Pawn Shop on April 2, featuring Elnora, Arrival of Autumn, Bleed, and round #4 winners, Black XIII.
The field is narrowing as well. Decadawn recently climbed closer to the top by winning Montreal’s round #3 battle. And in Toronto, Apokalyptik Warrior emerged victorious from round #4.
